SUCCESS STORY
Roman.
I built the next version of my success around the life I actually want
THE STARTING POINT
Where Roman started.
When Roman came to us he was already successful. He had built a strong career as a climate-change ghostwriter, was highly driven, cared passionately about the work, and was not afraid of hard work.
What he described struggling with was his mental fitness. He felt cognitively and emotionally drained, and had begun to question the path he was on. He did not want to grow for the sake of growing: he wanted to build products rather than an agency, and success that did not cost him his lifestyle.
Energy was most of the conversation. How to manage it. How to understand his own emotions and thought processes. How to stay ambitious without letting work consume everything. He already had support for his physical fitness, so our job was never another health plan. It was the internal world underneath the success.
WHAT WE DID
What we actually did.
Month one was about understanding Roman as he actually was, rather than writing him another strategy. His energy gains and drains, his values, the Circle of Control, limiting beliefs, timeline work, the Hawkins scale, his emotional responses, and where his time and energy were really going.
A great deal of it was energy calibration. He is naturally ambitious with a lot he wants to make, so the answer was never going to be caring less. It was working out how to pursue it without depleting himself on the way.
Month two moved from what should I do next to who do I want to be: his own definition of success, the kind of business he wanted, the life he wanted it to support, and what a future Roman would protect. Month three turned that into a personalised ninety-day plan, and a hard sort of his priorities into primary, secondary and paused. He has a lot of open doors, so the work became deciding which ones matter now.
- Month one, reset the internal world
- Month two, who do you want to be
- Month three, turn it into momentum
The three months of Clarity Momentum, one to one throughout.
WHAT CHANGED
And this is where he is now.
He has kept experimenting, creating and pushing himself, but with far more awareness of his energy and of the life he wants alongside the work. Rather than simply taking on more ghostwriting or drifting into an agency model, he has built products that can scale without costing him more of his time.
He has created digital products, kept developing his ideas and his expertise, and written a book, 'From Invisible to Investable', which is now published and has sold lots of copies.
The real change is not the list of things he has made. It is the place he is making them from. He is deliberate about his time and his energy, he understands his own responses, and he decides what deserves his attention. He is not afraid to experiment or to change direction, and he has not lost any of the passion for the work.
- Published a book, and loving being an author
- Built digital products that scale without his hours
- Priorities sorted into now, later and paused
- Ambition kept, and pointed somewhere

Published, and holding it
